"Many say that the measure of a true leader is in their ability to develop leadership in others. With the support and guidance from Anna Brady, I have overcome the apprehensions and challenges associated with being a young aspiring leader. Not only did she inspire me to strive for excellence, but she more importantly believed in me before I believed in myself, and for this I am truly grateful. Thanks Anna! "

Motivation To Keep Going
"Anna provided me with so many strategies to become a more effective leader within my school and grade level. She allowed me to see that investing in myself can help me achieve growth in my leadership skills." - Teacher, Leadership Workshop Participant
“Every session is one that I have looked forward to attending. The relevant and specific participant-driven content has applied to everything that I have been working through as a first year principal. This program has allowed me to talk with colleagues from across the state that are working through some of the same situations that I am going through. It has been one of the most valuable components of my first year as a principal. It has allowed me to grow, to ask questions, to be reflective, and to become a better leader.” Principal, Central Carolina RESA New Principal

Coaching for Effectiveness
Ms. Brady brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in leadership to our sessions. Under her leadership, we have obtained many useful resources and have been able to make connections with other well-informed and experienced individuals. The greatest support that I have received from Ms. Brady has been my individual coaching sessions. During these sessions, I have been allowed to share situations or concerns that could have potentially been toxic for my school and my school culture. At the end of both coaching sessions, I left knowing that I would be able to address the matters in an appropriate and effective manner. She helped to prepare me for a crucial conversation that I had to have, and provided me with guiding questions that would help me begin the conversations. Each question required a “reflective response” which was a major part of resolving the concerns. Ms. Brady took the time to allow me to practice with her and that gave me the confidence to have the conversations needed to move forward as a leader in my school. Principal, Halifax County Schools
Leadership Training Photos
I had the distinct honor of serving as the Executive Director and Leadership Coach of the Piedmont Triad Leadership Academy (PTLA). We trained 63 Aspiring School Leaders to become leaders of high need schools in the Piedmont-Triad Area of North Carolina Public Schools. To date, over 90% are serving as district administrators, principals, assistant principals, or curriculum coaches/facilitators.
