EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP COACHING
Executive coaching sessions are designed for leaders seeking growth in specific developmental areas. Confidential conversations are facilitated that support a leader's vision and goals, while confronting beliefs and behaviors that are incongruent with one's vision and expectations. Personal care giving and life-work balance is emphasized to assist leaders in renewing their passion, energy, and commitment to do their best each day for employees, colleagues, and students.  

Using a blend of coaching skills, Anna Brady listens and helps leaders push through difficult situations and barriers to growth, encourages and challenges leaders to maximize their potential, and stretch themselves through personal and professional activities and experiences. Beginning where leaders are, she assists them with individual growth plans.

​Courageous Conversations for Organizational Improvement: When to Hold ‘Em, When to Fold ‘Em

Whether it’s changing a behavior, re-working procedures in the school, having a difficult conversation with someone about his or her effectiveness in the classroom or an employee’s inability or refusal to see how her attitude is affecting the entire department, a person’s emotional, physical and spiritual being can become easily absorbed high in stress and low morale. Any time you try to initiate change you can expect conflict and resistance because change and conflict go hand in hand. When change occurs, conflict heightens. How do you confront a situation without losing respect and integrity? How does one not take things personally when one has put her heart and soul into a group of people, a project, or an organization? How can you resolve a conflict without damaging the relationship?

This critical training focuses on improving foundational interpersonal and communication skills.
