Executive coaching sessions are designed for leaders seeking growth in specific developmental areas. Confidential conversations are facilitated that support a leader's vision and goals, while confronting beliefs and behaviors that are incongruent with one's vision and expectations. Personal care giving and life-work balance is emphasized to assist leaders in renewing their passion, energy, and commitment to grow their strengths and maximize their potential.
Using a blend of coaching skills, I listen to leaders and support them in pushing through difficult situations and barriers to growth, encourage and challenge leaders to stretch themselves through personal and professional activities and experiences. Any time you try to initiate change you can expect conflict and resistance because change and conflict go hand in hand. When change occurs, conflict heightens.
